The Economusee Northern  Europe network is to be developed by the assistance of the European Union, i.e. the NPP-Northern Peripferi Programme. The Interreg project is organised as a cooperation project between regions from 7 countries, i.e. Canada, Greenland, Iceland, The Faroese Isles, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Norway, - for a periode lasting from 2008 to  March 2011.
