The Canadian Ambassador to Norway mr. John F.G.
Hannaford visited the Oselvar Economusee on Sunday 21st March and was guided
around by the Lord Mayor of Os, mr. Terje Søviknes and the director of the
Oselvar Boatyard mr. Åsmund Lien.
He was very impressed by the Oselvar boatbuilders and the second Economusee
in Northern Europe.
The Canadian Embassy will be an active supporter for the ENE project in the
future.

Economusee no. 2 in Northern Europe
Economusee project has opened. Bilodeau Fur dealer and bootmaker has
opened their doors to the public in the village of Normandin in the Quebec
province. Fur preparation and making of artisan fur products, has long
established traditions in Canada, and this artisan producer maintain the
heritage of bootmaking of quality furs from the wilderness of Canada.
